摘  要:目的对钴铬合金进行植酸溶液浸泡处理,研究其耐腐蚀性及力学性能的变化,以便今后在临床上应用。方法将钴铬合金分别浸泡在不同pH值的植酸溶液中并浸泡不同的时间,然后取出再放入人工唾液中浸泡,检测腐蚀速率并观察表面形貌,以及进行拉伸、弯曲等力学性能检测。结果浸泡处理后钴铬合金的抗氧化性能较对照组有所提高,其力学性能也未发生明显变化。结论植酸可提高钴铬合金的耐腐蚀性能,并且对其力学性能无明显改变,处理方法相对简单,安全,且无毒无害,可以在临床上应用。Objective To phytic acid solution soak the cobalt chromium alloy, to study the corrosion resistance and the change of mechanical properties, so that it can be used in clinical application in the future. Methods Immerse cobalt chromium alloy, respectively in different pH values of phytic acid solution soaking and different time, and then remove the soaking in the artificial saliva, detect the rate of corrosion and to observe the surface morphology, and mechanical properties such as tensile, bendingtests. Results After soaking process of cobalt chromium alloy oxidation resistance was improved, its me- chanical performance is not obvious change. Conclusion Phytic acid can improve the corrosion resist- ance of co - cr alloy, and no obvious change on the mechanical properties, processing method is relatively simple, safe, non- toxic harmless, and it can be applied in clinic
