稳定性咬合板联合超短波和手法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨稳定性咬合板联合超短波和手法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的临床疗效。方法选择2011年7月-2015年7月收治的颞下颌关节紊乱综合征患者126例，分为治疗组和对照组，分别给予咬合板联合超短波和手法治疗以及单纯超短波和手法治疗，观察治疗后两组患者在疼痛、开口度和总体疗效。结果治疗后治疗组和对照组的最大张口度分别为（39．10±9．44）mm和（35．87±8．59）mm，目测类比法疼痛评分分别为（1．00±0．60）和（1．80±0．65），总有效率分别为76．92％和59．02％。结论稳定性咬合板联合超短波和手法治疗能显著缓解患者的张口受限和疼痛感，是颞下颌关节紊乱综合征有效治疗方法。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of stable biteplate combined with ultrashort wave and manual therapy on temporomandibular disorders. Methods 126 patients with temporomandibular disorders treated from July 2011 to July 2015 in our department were divided into the treatment group and the control group. All patients received the ultrashort wave and manual therapy, and the treatment group received stable biteplate therapy additionally. The maximum mouth opening, visual analogue scale and overall clinical efficacy were evaluated. Results After treatment, the maximum mouth opening were （39.10 ±9.44） mm and （35.87 ± 8.59） mm in treatment group and control group respectively, the visual analogue scale were （1.00 ± 0.60） and （1.80 ±0.65） in treatment group and control group respectively, and the overall clinical efficacy were 76.92% and 59.02% in treatment group and control group respectively. Conclusion The stable biteplate combined with ultrashort wave and manual therapy can relieve the limitation of mouth opening and pain significantly, and is an effective treatment method of temporomandibular disorders.
