摘 要:责任概念在当代西方被扩大为社会责任、群体责任,共同体主义为此提供了思想基础。企业社会责任是作为一场社会运动出现的,它的伦理基础在于修正了自由主义、个人主义价值,强调了关爱、平等、合作等群体性伦理价值。企业社会责任进入中国,最早始于经济相对发达的东部沿海地区。中国政府在推进企业社会责任方面发挥了重要作用,但也存在忽视企业经营权、限制民间组织参与等方面的问题,结果丧失了社会运动这一层面社会伦理价值的合理性。The concept of responsibility has been expanded to social or collective responsibility in modem western society. Communitarianism offers beneficial thoughts for it. Corporate Social Responsibility takes its place in the world as a social movement, and its ethical foundation is collective values including care, equality, cooperation, which are opposite to liberalism and individualism. CSR first comes to China in eastern coastal areas where there are most developed societies and companies. Chinese government has taken important role to move it forward since then. However, there are some mistakes on neglect of corporate fights and restricting NGOs' participation, and finally is losing its justification o social values as a social movement in China.
