摘　　要：分析创新生态系统的特性及其演化过程,认为在创新系统演化发展过程中所形成的资源整合机制、商业模式创新机制、技术创新机制、能力集成机制、耦合机制、竞合机制等六种机制是企业生存与进化的根基。深入探究在创新生态系统下企业创新能力提升的内在逻辑,资源整合机制和商业模式创新机制推动基础组织能力的提升,技术创新机制和能力集成机制推动协调控制能力的提升,耦合机制和竞合机制推动协同进化能力的提升。最后以阿里巴巴建立的创新生态系统作为实证分析,验证企业创新能力提升的内在逻辑。First, the paper analyzes characteristics and evolution of innovation ecosystem, and summarizes that the six mechanisms are the foundation of enterprise survival ＆ growth including resource integration, business model innovation, technical innovation, capability integration, coupling mechanism and cooperation- competition mechanism, which are formed in the evolution and development process of the innovation system. Then the paper explores the internal logic for en- terprises to improve their innovation ability under the innovation ecosystem. Basic organizational capability is upgraded due to resource integration and business model innovation mechanisms; coordination ability is improved through technical inno- vation and capability integration mechanisms; and coevolution ability is promoted by coupling mechanism and cooperation - competition mechanism. Finally, Alibaba as an empirical analysis is served for verifying the inner logic of the enterprise innovation ability promotion.
