摘　　要：完善高校内部治理结构,是当前高等教育改革的重要议题。梳理我国事业单位改革进程中高校内部治理变革的历史演进,着重分析最新一轮事业单位改革的价值选择,并在此基础上深入反思新形势下高校内部治理的基本理念,最后提出建设"小组织大服务"治理模式的构想。Improving internal governance structure in colleges and universities is an important issue in current higher education reform. Reviewing the historical evolution of internal governance reform in the context of the reform of institutions in our country, analyzeing the value choice of the latest round of reform, finally, put forward the idea of constructing ＂small organization big service＂ governance model.
