摘　　要：高职教育实施弹性学习制度是时代发展的要求,也是学校自我发展的有效途径。结合高职工作实际情况,从相关理论、课程体系、现有问题以及应对策略等方面对弹性学制下的人才培养模式进行探讨。The implementation of flexible learning system in higher vocational education is the requirement of the development of the times, and it is also an effective way for school self-increment. Combine the actual situation of higher vocational education, discusses the training mode of talents under the flexible academic system from the aspects of relevant theories, curriculum system, existing problems and solutions.
