实木桌面板防变形的结构措施研究

摘　　要：由于木材各向异性的特点,实木桌面板受环境中湿度和温度的影响容易出现开裂、翘曲、胀缩等尺寸稳定性问题。本文从家具设计的角度分析了影响实木桌面尺寸稳定性的因素包括:1木材的切割方式;2实木拼板的形式;3桌面板防变形补强结构形式,并对这三种因素的形式进行分析归纳,为实木桌面的防变形结构设计和结构研究提供解决思路。Because of the characteristics of wood anisotropy, solid wood table board by the environment in the humidity and temperature are prone to cracking, warping, shrinkage and other dimensional stability problems. In this paper, the factors influencing the dimensional stability of solid wood table are analyzed from the angle of furniture design, including： 1 the way of wood cutting; 2 the form of solid wood puzzle; 3 the deformation and reinforcement structure of table board, the form of these three factors are analyzed and summarized, and provided a solution to the design and structure research of the anti-deformation structure of the solid wood table.
