摘　　要：目的了解杭州地区综合性医院儿科护士呼吸道感染发生率及现状,为护理管理及医院感染预防提供参考。方法自行设计调查问卷,调查93名杭州地区综合性医院儿科护士2014年1月至12月呼吸道感染情况。结果儿科护士呼吸道感染率为63.44%,以上呼吸道感染为主,工作年限0~5年的护士发病率最高,多发于冬春季节。结论综合性医院儿科护士呼吸道感染发生率高,需引起医院管理层的重视。Objective To study the incidence of respiratory tract infection of pediatric nurses from general hospitals of Hangzhou and its present situation to provide evidence for nursing management and nosocomial infection prevention.Method Investigate 93 nurses from general hospitals of Hangzhou on respiratory tract infection from Jan.to Dec.2014 by self-designed questionnaire.Result Incidence of respiratory tract infection of pediatric nurses is 63.44%.Upper respiratory tract infection is the most.Nurses with 0~5 years＇ of work seniority have the highest incidence of infection.Winter and spring are high-occurrence seasons.Conclusion There is high incidence of respiratory tract infection of pediatric nurses from general hospitals,which needs more attention from managers.
