茜草素联合标准抗结核化疗方案对耐多药肺结核患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨茜草素联合标准抗结核化疗方案对耐多药肺结核患者免疫功能的影响。方法将200例耐多药肺结核患者随机分为单纯抗结核化疗组（对照组）和茜草素联合抗结核化疗组（观察组），每组各100例。对照组采用中国全球基金耐多药结核病项目标准方案治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合茜草素治疗。另将医院健康体检人员30例设为正常组。分析二组患者治疗前和治疗8个月后免疫功能变化。结果与正常组比较，治疗前两组IgA、IgE含量和CD19＋表达升高（P〈0．05），补体C3、C4含量和CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋表达降低（P〈0．05）。治疗后观察组IgA、IgE含量下降，C3和C4水平增高（P〉0．05）；CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋表达增高，CD19＋表达下降（P〉0．05）；对照组IgA、IgE含量仍增高，C3和C4水平仍降低（P〈0．05）；CD3＋、CD4＋和CD8＋表达仍降低，CD19＋表达仍增高（P〈0．05）。结论茜草素联合标准抗结核化疗方案可改善患者免疫功能，具临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effects of alizarin combined with standard anti-tuberculosis chemical therapy on the immune function of patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 200 cases of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into control group （ n=100 ） and observation group （ n=100 ） . The control group was given standard anti-tuberculosis chemical therapy, while the observation group was given alizarin based on standard anti-tuberculosis chemical therapy. The other 30 patients were set as normal group. The changes of immune function were analyzed before and after 8 months of treatment in the two groups. Results Before treatment, compared with the ordinary people, the levels of IgA, IgE and CD19＋ of patients in the two groups increased significantly （P〈0.05） and the levels of C3, C4, CD3＋、 CD4＋ and CD8＋ decreased （ P〈0.05 ） . ARer treatment, compared with the control group, the levels of IgA、 IgE and CD 19＋ of patients in the observation group decreasedsignificantly （ P〈0.05 ） , while C3, C4, CD3＋, CD4＋ and CDS＋ levels increased （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Alizarin combined with standard anti-tuberculosis chemical therapy can significantly improve the immune function of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis Patients, which has promotion values.
