摘  要:创新是引领发展的第一动力,创新型科技人才的培养是创新驱动发展的关键。以素质模型为切入点,深入分析创新型科技人才的素质特征,并提出创新型科技人才培养过程中应该注意的几点问题,为创新型科技人才的培养指明方向,最后为高校创新型科技人才培养的配套条件建设提出几点建议。Innovation is the first driving force of the development, and the cultivation of innovative science and technology talents is the key to driving the development. Based on competency model as the breakthrough point, this study makes an in-depth analysis of the quality characteristics of innovative science and technology talents, puts forward some problems which should draw attention in the cultivating process of innovative science and technology talents, and points out the cultivation direction of the innovative science and technology talents. Finally, it puts forward some advice for the construction of supporting conditions for the cultivation of innovative science and technology talents.
