摘 要:目的探讨校园集体食物中毒的急救方法,并分析其效果。方法观察组从应急预案的建立到急救方法的总结等进行综合干预,对照组实施常规干预,多以控制现场为主,留取标本回院仔细检查。比较两组启动应急预案及检出中毒物来源耗时。结果观察组启动应急预案时间为(1.5±0.3)min,检出中毒物来源耗时为(9.5±1.3)min均快于对照组的(15.3±2.4)min和(125.6±28.5)min(P<0.05)。结论针对学校发生的集体食物中毒事件,积极启动应急预案,对于早期明确中毒食物来源,提高救治效率有重要价值。Objective To investigate the emergency method of collective food poisoning on campus and analyze the effect.Methods The observation group was given the intervention,such as summary of emergency plan and emergency treatment methods,and comprehensive intervention,the control group was given routine intervention,which mainly was controlling the site-based,taking samples back to the hospital for careful examination.Then the time-consuming from the starting of the emergency plan and detection of toxic sources were compared in the two groups.Results The time-consuming of starting emergency plan was(1.5±0.3)min,the time of detection of toxicants was(9.5±1.3)min,they were faster than(15.3±2.4) min and(125.6±28.5) min of control group.Conclusion It has great value to initiate the emergency plan for the occurrence of collective food poisoning in the school and it can clear the source of poisoned food and improve the treatment efficiency.
