摘　　要：目的探索门诊采血室短期培训提高病房低护龄护士静脉采血技能的效果。方法以本院外科系接受培训的7名护士3个月内所采集的血标本为实验组,以未接受培训的7名护士3个月内(护龄相同)所采集的血标本为对照组,分别记录两组内的不合格血标本(包括溶血、凝血、脂血、血量明显偏少或偏多、输液同侧采血、试管用错、条码错误等)数量。结果实验组的血标本不合格率2.1%,低于对照组6.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论接受门诊采血室短期技能培训能使病房低护龄护士快速掌握采血技能,提高静脉采血质量。Objective To explore the effect of training in outpatient blood collecting room short-termly on the blood collection skills of nurses in ward with lower nursing age. Methods The experimental group consisted of the blood samples collected by seven trainees within three months, whereas the control group of those not trained. Then the numbers of unqualified specimen （including hemolysis,coagulation,lipemia,volume errors, blood sampling on the infusion side,misuse of test tube,bar code mistake, et al） in two groups were recorded respectively. Results The unqualified rate of blood samples in the experimental group was 2.1% lower than that the control group was 6.9%, there was statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Short-term training in outpatient blood collecting room can effectively improve blood collecting skills and blood collecting quality of the nurse in ward with lower nursing age.
