摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学模式应用于神经影像实习前的效果。方法在2012级医学影像专业学生中随机抽取24人,其中二本12名,三本12名,采用PBL教学模式,让每名学生对所给神经影像病例进行讨论。采用学生自评与互评,学生对教师的教学效果进行评量。结果 24名学生在100分钟内分析神经影像病例,学生对所给出的神经影像病例从影像表现、诊断与鉴别诊断方面表现良好,描述较为准确,发言积极,对同学及老师提出的问题积极回答,24名学生对PBL教学方法非常认同。结论在进入临床实习前采用PBL教学模式应用于神经影像模块,打破了传统的教学模式,提高学生的主动学习能力,扩展学生的思维与知识,能很好的培养学生的探索意识、创新能力和实践能力,为进入临床实习奠定了较好的基础。Objective To discuss the effect of PBL teaching mode applied to neuroimaging mode before imaging undergraduates practicing. Methods 24 students were randomly chose in grade 2012 medical imaging profession, 12 students among them came from zunyi medical college, in addition, the rest of 12 students came from zunyi medical college of science and technology, every students discussed the given neuroimaging cases by using PBL teaching mode. These students' self-evaluations and mutual evaluations were adopted, and the teaching effect of the teachers' were evaluated. Results 24 students analyzed the neuroimaging case in one hundred minutes, they dieussed the case from the aspects of imaging manifestation, imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis, they could describe more accurately and speak actively to the cases , and they answered actively the students and teachers' questions, they did well. They very agreed with the PBL teaching mode in neuroimaging mode teaching. Conclusion PBL teaching mode is adopted in neuroimaging mode before imaging undergraduates entering to clinical practicing, it not only brokes the traditional teaching mode but also promote the students' active learing ability and extend their thought and knowledge. PBL teaching mode can cultivate the students' exploring consciousness, innovation and practice ability. PBL teaching mode lay the foundation for entering to clinical practicing, it is worth application widely in image teaching.
