超声引导在肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞教学中应用的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导在临床实习医生肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞临床教学中应用的效果。方法选取麻醉科实习医师10名,采取超声引导下肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞教学,观察教学效果。结果实习学生对教学的满意率为100%,麻醉效果优良率为90%,并发症发生率为0%。结论超声引导在麻醉科肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞临床教学中教学效果良好,具有明显优势。Objective To evaluate the teaching effectiveness of ultrasoundguided interscalene brachial plexus anesthesia in anesthesiology department clinical teaching. Methods Teaching of ultrasoundguided interscalene brachial plexus anesthesia was used in 10 interns in anesthesiology department, in order to observe the teaching effectiveness. Results The satisfaction rate for teaching was 100%, the excellent rate of anesthesia effect was 90%, and the occurrence rate of complications was 0%. Conclusion Teaching of ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus anesthesia has good teaching effectiveness and obvious advantage in anesthesiology department clinical teaching.
