摘 要:微课是以视频为载体,新兴的教学资源,它在医学教育中的应用日益广泛,而康复医学的学科特点利于微课教学优势的发挥,作者在临床康复评定实践教学中,创新应用微课视频,分享评定微课视频制作中选题、内容设计等过程的心得体会,并提出在实际视频制作中应注意的若干问题。最后分析微课教学普遍存在、待解决的难题,结合康复医学的发展,以康复评定学的微课教学实践为契机,探索康复评定微课视频系统化,持续化发展的可行性,推动学科教育的发展。Micro lesson is an emerging teaching resource which uses videos as carrier and it is increasingly prevalent in medical education. The characteristics of rehabilitation medicine are conducive to exploit the advantages of the micro lesson to the full. The author shares the experiences of using micro lesson videos in clinical practicing of rehabilitation evaluation which includes how to select topics and how to design the content. The author also puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in the actual video production. Finally, the author analyzes the common problems of micro lesson which need to be solved. The author takes micro lesson as an opportunity combining the development of rehabilitation medicine to explore the feasibility of systematized and sustainable development of rehabilitation assessment and to promote the development of discipline education.
