胸腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗食管癌的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究食管癌患者实施胸腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗方案的治疗效果。方法收集食管癌患者62例,研究组实施胸腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗,对照组实施常规开胸三切口食管癌根治术。结果研究组并发症出现率12.90%,对照组并发症出现率32.25%,研究组手术时间、术中出血量、并发症并发率均好于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对食管癌患者实施胸腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗方案能够在保证治疗方案的安全性同时提高效果,降低并发症出现率。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 62 patients with esophageal carcinoma were enrolled in the study group. The patients in the study group were treated with thoracoscopy combined with laparoscopy. The control group was treated with conventional thoracotomy and the three incision. Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 12.90%, and the incidence of complications in the control group was 32.25%. The operation time, blood loss and complication rate in the study group were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05, there was difference statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of esophageal cancer patients with thoracoscopic and laparoscopic treatment can ensure the safety of the treatment plan and improve the effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
