摘　　要：淋巴上皮瘤样癌(Lymphoepithelioma-like Carcinoma,LELC)发病率低,肺部原发的淋巴上皮瘤样癌更少见,发病具有显著的种族和地理分布特点,发生在新疆地区的罕见。报道1例新疆地区的原发性肺淋巴上皮瘤样癌,并结合相关的文献进行分析。原发性肺淋巴上皮瘤样癌临床特征和影像学表现多为女性、年龄小、不吸烟、肺野中内带及下叶多发等一些共同特点,但在个别患者中有不典型表现。多数患者原位杂交检测EBER阳性,对诊断具有一定的参考价值,但在个别患者中EBER表达阴性。病理组织学及免及组化仍是主要的确诊方法。Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma （LELC） has a low morbidity and rare primary lymphangiomatoid carcinoma in the lung. The incidence of Lympboepithelioma-like carcinoma （LELC） is rare and rare in the Xinjiang region due to its race and geographical distribution. A case of primary pulmonary lymphangioepithelial carcinoma in Xinjiang was reported, and the related literature was analyzed. CONCLUSIONS： The clinical features and imaging findings of primary pulmonary lymphangioepithelial carcinoma are feminine, small age, non-smoking, polyphylaxis in the lung field, and multiple lesions in the lower lobe. However, there are atypical manifestations in individual patients. The majority of patients in situ hybridization detection EBER positive, the diagnosis has a certain reference value, but in individual patients EBER expression was negative. Histopathology and immunohistocbemistry are still the main methods of diagnosis.
