摘  要:运用文献资料法和比较分析法,对德国中小学体育教育制度进行调查,指出,德国学校教育以整体与开放的大体育观为指引,秉承以人为本的教育理念,政府、学校、俱乐部密切协作、相互配合,共同为青少年的体育事业服务。在此基础上,结合我国中小学体育发展现状指出,应更新观念,以"人本"理念作指导,着重培养中小学生的健康价值观和终身体育习惯;进一步完善场馆建设与运行机制;适当引入社会优质资源共同促进我国中小学体育健康发展。旨在为我国中小学体育教学改革与发展提供思路。By means of literature and comparative analysis,a survey of the physical education system of primary and middle schools in Germany is made in this study.It is pointed out that the school education in Germany is guided by the overall and open outlook of grand sport,and it adheres to the people-oriented education philosophy with close cooperation between the government,schools and clubs,and joint effortsfor the youth sports services.On the basis of this,and combined with physical education development in China's primary and middle schools,it is pointed out that the concept should be renewed to person-centered ones,and the health values and lifelong sports habits of primary and middle school students should be cultivated;venue construction and operation mechanism should be further improved;high-quality social resources should be properly to introduced to promote the healthy physical education development of primary and middle schools.This study aims at providing some new ideas for the teachingreform and development of physical education in China's primary and middle schools.
