血府逐瘀丸联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗周期性精神病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨血府逐瘀丸联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗周期性精神病的临床效果。方法选择2014年10月至2015年10月我院收治的84例周期性精神病患者,按照来院顺序单双号分为试验组与参照组,每组42例。参照组患者予以复方炔诺酮联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗,试验组患者予以血府逐瘀丸联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的治疗愈显率明显高于参照组;试验组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用血府逐瘀丸联合小剂量抗精神病药物治疗周期性精神病,可获得较为理想的治疗效果,且安全性高,值得在临床中广泛推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu pills combined with low dose of antipsychotic drugs on cyclical psychosis. Methods Eighty-four cases of patients with periodic psychosis admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected, all the patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to hospital sequence, with 42 cases in each group. The control group accepted norethindrone combined with low-dose antipsychotics drugs, while the experimental group＂ received Xuefu Zhuyu pills combined with low-dose antipsychotics drugs. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The cured and markedly effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu pills combined with low-dose antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of cyclical psychosis can obtain ideal therapeutic effect, and it is safe and worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
