摘　　要：目的:了解晚期恶性肿瘤临终患者家属生活质量现状,探讨家属支持功能对临终患者生活质量影响因素,为临终关怀团队服务干预提供新的思路。方法:选择符合标准的晚期恶性肿瘤临终患者及家属共112对,分为试验组(45对)和对照组(67对),为试验组提供家属支持计划进行1个月的干预。采用晚期肿瘤患者行为状态评分表(KPS)、癌症治疗功能评价系统共性模块(FACT-G)、中华生存质量量表(CH-QOL)进行评估。结果:试验组患者FACT-G总分及生理状况、社会/家庭状况、功能状况三个维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组家属CH-QOL评分中身体功能(形)、意识思维(神)、情志得分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:建立有效的家属支持系统,有助于改善临终患者及其家属的生活质量。Objective： To investigate the life quality of the family members of the patients with terminal cancer and explore the influence factors of the family support function on the quality of life of terminal patients to prove a new idea for the hospice care team intervention. Methods： A total of 112 pairs of patients who conformed to the standard of terminal cancer and their family members were selected and divided into an experimental group （45 pairs） and a control one （67 pairs）. The experimental group was given a family support intervention plan for one month. Karnofsky performance status （KPS）, functional assessment of cancer therapy-general （FACT-G） and Chinese quality of life instrument （CH-QOL） were used to evaluate the intervention effectiveness. Results： The FACT-G total scores and physical, social and functional well-being of the patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The CH-QOL scores of physical, conscious, emotional functions and overall health status of the family members were statistically higher in the experimental group than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Establishment of an effective family support system helps to improve the quality of life of the hospice patients and their family members.
