摘　　要：开放式创新是指企业在技术创新过程中,同时利用内部和外部相互补充的创新资源实现创新,关键是外部创新资源的获取和利用以及内外创新资源的整合。该现象近年来在国内成为研究热点,内容涉及开放式创新内涵、创新模式、创新绩效、创新的实施等多个视角。未来,该领域研究可着力于创新绩效测量、成本和风险以及中国的特殊国情。Open innovation indicates that in the process of technology innovation, enterprises make use of external and internal resources to realize innovation, the key of which is integrating external resources with internal resources. The phenomenon has already arouse attention and become a heating issue. The research on open innovation concerns with various visual angles, such as the innovation definition, innovation model, innovation performance, implement of innovation and so on. In the future research of this area, it should be focused on performance measurement of innovation, the risk and cost of open innovation, Chinese contextbased research and so on.
