摘  要:建立了紫外-可见光分光光度法测定去铁胺含量的方法。去铁胺在HAc-NAc缓冲溶液中,与Fe(II)发生显色反应,采用紫外-可见光分光光度法测定其含量。结果表明,去铁胺在0.0897~0.8074 mg/m L范围内,呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=9.5714X-0.0069(R2=0.9988)。在供试液中分别添加去铁胺对照品0.1,0.2,0.3 mg/m L 3个水平添加下,平均回收率99.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%。方法可用于甲磺酸去铁胺制剂中去铁胺的质量控制。A method for determination of deferoxamine using Fe( II) by Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry was established. In a HAC-Na Ac solution, the deferoxamine could enter into chromogenic reaction with Fe( II),and its preparations were determined by Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. The spectrophotometric results were linearly related to the concentration of deferoxamine in the range of 0. 0897 ~ 0. 8074 mg/m L,and the regression equation was Y = 9. 5714X-0. 0069( R2= 0. 9988). The recovery and relative standard deviation were 99. 5% and 2. 0%,respectively. The method can be applied to the determination of deferoxamine and its preparations in real pharmaceuticals.
