摘 要:针对WJ-8型扣件系统组装疲劳试验中扣件组装静刚度变化率超标现象,选取不同工况进行研究。结果表明:WJ-8型扣件零部件横向配合尺寸存在问题时会造成扣件在静态组装时轨距挡板无法安装到位,组装疲劳试验时铁垫板被轨距挡板卡住,试验后组装静刚度过大,出现超标现象;在环境温度20℃的试验室进行频率4.8 Hz的扣件组装疲劳试验时,扣件零部件温度会超过50℃,但短时间超过50℃不会对试验结果造成较大影响。According to the standard-exceeding phenomenon of static stiffness change rate in fatigue test of WJ- 8 fastening system assembly, the different working conditions were selected for study. The results show that the gauge apron plate of fastener cannot be installed in place during static assembly when there are transverse fit size problems in the parts of W J-8 fastener, the iron plate is stuck by gauge apron plate in assembly fatigue test, the assembly static stiffness is too large and the standard-exceeding phenomenon appears after the test, the part temperature of fastener will be higher than 50 ℃ and not have a great impact on the test results during a short period of time when the fastening system assembly fatigue test was conducted with frequency of 4. 8 Hz in laboratory with the temperature of 20℃.
