摘　　要：整车的换档操纵性能是车辆向顾客展示其品质的一项重要性能。好的换档操纵性能,能给驾驶者带来舒适的驾乘体验。所谓好的换档操纵性能,最基本的是换档顺畅,无卡滞,更不能出现安全隐患。文章通过操纵座倒档锁刚度的优化设计,解决了某轻客车型挂1档会挂倒档问题。The performance of gear shifting of vehicles is an important indicator for customers.Good gear shifting perfor- mance can provide comfortable driving experience for drivers. One aspect of good gear shifting performance is smooth shift, no jamming and no potential risks.In this paper, the author provides solutions for starting light passenger vehicles in reverse gear instead of in first gear by optimizing the rigidity of reverse gear lock.
