特种汽车差速器十字轴失效分析

摘　　要：某特种汽车差速器十字轴使用经过渗碳、淬火处理的20Cr Mn Ti钢,使用过程中出现十字轴片状剥落形貌,此外还存在深宽不等的条状粗糙沟痕等严重的磨损痕迹。通过对十字轴进行化学成分分析、金相检验和硬度检测,得出十字轴失效原因。The carburized and quenched 20CrMnTi-Steel was used for inter-axle differential cross shaft, which produced serious wear trace, such as exfoliation, groove marks with different depth and breadth in the process of use on special vehicle. By means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and hardness testing, the reason of inter-axle differential cross shaft＇s failure is obtained.
