乳腺浸润性导管癌超声弹性指数与ER、PR、HER2表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)超声弹性指数(EI)与免疫组织化学因子雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、人类表皮生长因子受体-2(HER2)表达的相关性。方法选取2014年3月至2016年5月该院收治的以乳腺肿块就诊,且术后病理诊断为IDC的患者123例,所有患者经病理组织学证实,在治疗前均行常规超声及EI测定,并测定肿块的免疫组织化学因子ER、PR、HER2阳性表达率,分析IDC病灶的EI与三因子表达的相关性。结果 IDC病灶的EI与ER、PR阳性表达呈正相关(rs=0.56、0.60,P<0.05),但与HER2表达无相关性(|rs|<0.3)。结论 EI可以预测IDC患者ER、PR表达情况,有助于IDC患者的治疗方案选择及预后评估。Objective To investigate the correlation between the ultrasonic elasticity index（EI） and the expression of estrogen receptor（ER）,progesterone receptor（PR）,and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2（HER2） in invasive ductal carcinoma（IDC）.Methods 123 cases of IDC which were confirmed by histopathology were treated by conventional ultrasound and EI determination.The tumor tissues from all patients were detected of the expression of ER,PR,HER2.The relationship between EI and three-factor expression in IDC lesions was analyzed.Results There was a positive correlation between EI,ER and PR expression and IDC lesions（rs=0.56、0.60,P〈0.05）.There was no correlation between EI and HER2 expression in IDC lesions（｜rs｜0.3）.Conclusion Ultrasound elasticity index could predict the expression of ER and PR in IDC patients,which is helpful for the selection of treatment regimen and prognosis evaluation of IDC patients.
