摘  要:目的探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中Slug及E-cadherin表达及差异性。方法收集口腔鳞癌标本30例,正常口腔黏膜组织20例,使用rt-PCR的方法检测Slug及E-cadherin mRNA的表达情况,分析其病理特征相关性。结果口腔鳞癌组织中Slug的表达高于正常口腔黏膜组织(P<0.05),而口腔鳞癌组织中E-cadherin的表达低于正常口腔黏膜组织(P<0.05),Slug和E-cadherin表达与TNM分期、淋巴结是否转移相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、细胞分化程度、肿瘤浸润大小无关(P>0.05)。结论口腔鳞状细胞癌中Slug和E-cadherin的表达与肿瘤的发展、侵袭、转移密切相关。Objective To investigate the expressions and the differences of Slug and E-cadherin in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods The mRNA levels of Slug and E-cadherin in 30 cases of OSCC tissues and 20 cases of oral mucosa tissues were detected by rt-PCR, then the relationship between the expression and pathological features was analyzed. Results The expression of Slug in OSCC tissues was higher than in oral mucosa tissues (P〈0.05)while the expression of E-cadhefin in OSCC tissues was lower than in oral mucosa tissues(P〈0.05). The expressions of Slug and E-cadherin had correlation with TNM stage and lymph node metasta- sis(P〈0.05), but not with gender, age, cell differentiation degree and deeper invasion(P〉0.05). Conclusion The expressions of Slug and E-cadherin in OSCC are closely related to the development, invasion and metastasis of the tumor.
