摘　　要：HALL技术(Hall technique)是一种治疗乳磨牙龋坏的新方法,临床适用于ICDAS-Ⅱ龋坏评价的1~4级。它无需局麻及牙体预备,直接将金属预成冠(performed metal crowns,PMC)使用玻璃离子粘固剂粘固在龋坏的乳磨牙上,临床治疗效果好,冠保留率高,不影响咬合关系,比传统的龋病治疗方法更具优势,该文就儿童龋病治疗现状、HALL技术、HALL技术临床研究进展及相关问题作一综述。HALL technique（ Hall technique） is a new method of treatment for carious primary molars,which applies to 1-4 ICDAS-Ⅱ carious evaluation in clinic. It does not require anesthesia and tooth preparation but needs placing the preformed metal crowns（ performed metal crowns,PMC） on carious primary molars directly with glass ionomer cement. The survival rate of the crowns is high,and it has fine clinical effect and the occlusion equilibrates quite rapidly,thus it has more advantages than traditional caries treatment. Pediatric caries treatment status,HALL technique,clinical research progress and related issues of HALL technique will be reviewed in this paper.
