摘 要:过程设备设计是过程装备与控制工程专业主干核心课程,其知识量大,理论性强,难以吸引学生兴趣。目前为了解决此问题,重庆理工大学将Ansys应用于压力容器静态强度有限元分析、压力容器大型设备的模态分析、基于试验模态分析的损伤识别研究等三个方面。通过将仿真与设备设计相结合,提高了学生的学习兴趣,使他们的综合能力得到很大提高。Process equipment design,the core course of the major of process equipment and control engineering,is the main part of the major of process equipment and control engineering. In this paper,according to the characteristics of this course,the simulation research will be integrated into teaching. The fields of the present simulation study involves: finite element static strength analysis of pressure vessel; modal analysis of pressure vessel of large equipment; thermal analysis; research on reliability of structural safety. This paper takes the tank as an example describing the roles of simulation research played in detail. Through combined with the design of equipment,comprehensive ability of the students has been greatly improved.
