摘　　要：目的探讨机器人胰十二指肠切除术的术中护理配合,提高护理配合质量。方法对解放军总医院2015年12月至2016年4月进行的10例机器人胰十二指肠切除术的术中护理配合进行分析。通过对手术室护士进行培训,加强设备维护和管理,熟记手术操作流程,做好患者的术前访视、器械及手术物品的准备、手术间的合理布局、术中密切观察和配合及术后患者回访,使患者安全度过围手术期。结果 10例患者的麻醉及手术过程顺利,医护配合效果满意,无中转开腹,术中出血量100~300 ml,术后均获得满意的疗效,短期随访无术后并发症。结论机器人胰十二指肠切除术提高了手术效率,手术室护士充分的术前准备及娴熟的操作配合技术是手术顺利进行的重要保证。Objective To explore the nursing cooperation of robot pancreaticoduodenectomy, improve the quality of nursing. Methods Analysis the nursing coordination for 10 cases of robot pancreatic and duodenal resection, Chinese PLA general hospital from Dec. 2015 to Apr. 2016. Equipment maintenance and management had been strengthened, by preventing the patient＇s preoperative ,preparation of instruments and surgical items, reasonable layout of operation, close observation and coordination in operation, postoperative return visit, to make the patient safe through the perioperative period. Results 10 cases of anesthesia and operation was successfully performed and no case was transferred to opening appendectomy, amount of bleeding during operatiao were 100-300 ml, all patients were satisfied with the therapeutic effect, no postoperative complications in shortterm follow-up. Conclusions Robot pancreaticoduodeueetomy could enhance the operation efficiency, adequate preoperative preparation and skilled operation of nurses in the operation room is important for the smooth of the operation.
