摘  要:目的研究脾阳虚模型大鼠腹腔主要消化吸收结构表面微循环血流量的变化,并从血栓素A_2(TXA_2)/前列环素2(PGI_2)(T/P)比值方面探讨其发生机制。方法选取16只SPF级雄性SD大鼠,随机分为对照组和脾阳虚组(模型组),每组8只。采用激光散斑技术检测大鼠肝、胰腺、胃、小肠和小肠系膜等表面微循环的实时血流量,采用ELISA法检测血清TXA_2和PGI_2水平。结果与对照组相比,模型组大鼠肝左叶、肝右侧叶、胰腺、胃和小肠的血流量及T/P比值均显著增加(均P<0.01),但小肠系膜血流量和血清PGI_2浓度却明显减少(均P<0.01)。结论脾阳虚时腹腔主要消化结构存在血流增加现象,其机制与T/P比值升高有关。Objective To study blood flow changes of main visceral organs of digestion and absorption in spleen yang deficiency and its possible mechanism from the ratio of thromboxane A2 (TXA2) and prostaeyclin (PGIz).Methods 16 SPF rats were randomly divided into the control and the spleen yangdefieiency group (the model group),8 rats in each group. Laser speckle was used to detect blood flow changes in liver, pancreas,stomach,small intestine (SI) and its mesenterium. ELISA was employed to measure serum thromboxane A2 (TXA2) and prostacyclin (PGI2) concentrations.Results Compared with those in the control group,blood flows inliver left and right lobes,pancreas,stomach and small intestine and TXA2/ PGI2 (T/A)value were significantly increased in the model group (all P〈0.01),but blood flow of SI mesenterium and serum PGI2 level were decreased obviously in the model group (all P〈0.01).Conclusion There is enhancement of blood flows in main visceral organs of digestion and absorption in Spleen yang deficiency,and its underlying mechanism might be attributed to the increase of T/P value.
