摘 要:目的探讨颌面部手术患者住院期间有效的健康教育方法,为制订颌面部疾病患者的专科护理内容提供依据。方法 2014年5月至2015年4月,便利抽样法选取在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔颌面外科治疗的患者300例为研究对象。根据收治时间段设为观察组与对照组,每组150例,分别采用多元化健康教育方法与常规健康教育方法。比较两组患者健康教育相关内容掌握情况。结果观察组患者健康教育相关内容掌握程度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论多元化的健康教育方法能切实提高患者相关知识的知晓率、减少术后并发症,体现了优质护理服务的内涵,对促进护患双方的相互理解、尊重、信任和支持的关系发挥了积极的作用。Objective To investigate the optimal health education method for oral and maxillo-faeial surgery (OMFS) inpatients, in order to provide evidence for design the nursing content.Methods Three hundred inpa- tients who were admitted in the department of oral and maxillo-facial surgery in Shanghai 9th people's hospital were selected by using convenience sampling method, and divided into observation group and control groupaccord- ing to admission time.The control group received routine health education and observation group received diversi- fied health education method.Results The observation group had significantly better comprehension of the health education than the control group (all P 〈0. 01). Conclusions Diversified health education can improve the comprehension and satisfaction of OMFS inpatients, and reduce complications. It also helps nurses and inpatients to understand, respect, trust and support each other better.
