摘 要:目的探讨粒细胞集落刺激因子(granulocyte colony-stimulating factor,G-CSF)是否可以促进肠道干细胞增殖。方法应用吲哚美辛诱导大鼠炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)模型,随机分为对照组及G-CSF治疗组,于治疗后第21天处死大鼠,并对其进行免疫荧光及肠道功能学检测。结果与对照组相比,G-CSF治疗组的肠道功能评分显著降低,且肠道隐窝干细胞明显增多,并增殖分化为肠道组织。结论 G-CSF治疗可促进肠道内源性干细胞的增殖并修复损伤的肠道组织。Objective To investigate whether granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) can promote the intestinal stem cell proliferation. Methods The inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) models were estabilished by indomenthaein, all rats were divided into control group and G-CSF treatment group randomly. The rats were killed in the 21st day after treatment and tested by immunofluorescence and intestinal function. Results Compared with control group, the in- testinal function rating of G-CSF treatment group was decreased obviously, the intestinal crypt stem cells were increased markedly and proliferated and differentiated into intestinal tissue. Conclusion G-CSF treatment can promote the intestinal endogenous stem cells proliferation and repair the injury intestinal tissue.
