摘　　要：目的分析食管癌手术患者的临床特点和发病因素。方法采用SPSS 13.0软件建立了以食管癌为主的计算机病历管理系统,统计分析2011年1月至2013年12月临床治愈出院的2 261例食管癌患者的临床资料。结果 30~<40岁组49例(2.17%),40~<50岁组324例(14.33%),50~<60岁组963例(42.59%),60~<70岁组790例(34.94%),≥70岁组及以上135例(5.97%)。2 240例中组织学分析显示不同分化程度的鳞状上皮细胞癌2 031例(90.67%);侵及范围显示纤维膜(T3)759例(33.57%),周围组织(T4)682例(30.16%)。有吸烟和饮酒史的分别为1 281例(56.67%)和1 025例(45.33%);遗传家族史596例(26.36%),75.08%为父亲或母亲阳性。结论食管癌多为鳞状细胞癌,发病年龄主要集中在50~<70岁;与吸烟饮酒的年限相关,且有明显的遗传易感性。Objective To analyze the clinical features and onset factors of esophageal cancer.Methods The SPSS 13.0software was adopted to establish the computer records management system of esophageal cancer.The clinical data in 2 261 clinically cured discharged cases of esophageal cancer from January 2011 to December 2013 were statistically analyzed.Results Forty-nine cases（2.17%）were in the 30- 〈40years old group,324cases（14.33%）were in the 40-〈 50years old group,963cases（42.59%）were in the 50-〈60age group,790cases（34.94%）were in the 60-〈70age group and 135cases（5.97%）were in the 70 years old or more group.Among 2 240 cases,2 031cases（90.36%）showed the different differentiation degrees of squamous epithelial carcinoma by histological analysis,the invaded range displayed fibrous membrane（T3）in 759cases（33.57%）and peripheral tissue（T4）in 682cases（30.16%）;having smoking and drinking history was in 1 281cases（56.67%）and 1 025cases（45.33%）respectively;596cases（26.36%）had genetic family history,75.08% was father positive or mother positive.Conclusion Esophageal cancer is mainly squamous cell carcinoma,the onset age is mainly concentrated at the age 50-〈70years old,which is correlated with smoking and drinking years,moreover has obvious genetic susceptibility.
