摘 要:目的比较3M纳米复合树脂和富士II玻璃离子在修复龈上及龈下V类洞的临床效果差别。方法选择2010年10月~2012年12月本院就诊患者患牙280颗,分龈上,龈下两组,使用两种修复材料修复,比较2年后的治疗效果。结果窝洞位于龈上时,两种材料的修复成功率均较高,达到88%以上;窝洞位于龈下时,用富士II玻璃离子组修复的成功率(78.1%)明显高于3M纳米树脂组(60.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复成功的病例中,3M纳米复合树脂组磨耗程度远低于富士II玻璃离子组。结论当V类洞位于龈下时,选用富士II玻璃离子充填效果优于3M纳米树脂,当V类洞位于龈上时,选用3M纳米树脂优于富士II玻璃离子充填效果。Objective To compare the clinical effect difference of 3M nanocomposite resin and Fuji II glass ionomer in repair of subgingival and subgingival V like holes. Methods 280 teeth cured in our hospital from October 2010 to December 2012 were selected and divided into up gingiva group and down gingival group. Two repair materials were used on teeth. The curative effect after two years were compared. Results The success rate of two kinds of materials was higher when the cavity was located on the gingiva, reaching more than 88%. The success rate of Fuji II glass ionomer group(78.1%) was significantly higher than that of 3M nano resin group(60.0%), and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). In the successful cases, the wear degree of 3M nano composite resin group was much lower than that of Fuji fI glass ionomer group. Conclusion When the V hole is located under the gum, the effect of Fuji II glass ionomer is better than that of 3M nano resin. When the V hole is located on the gum, the effect of 3M nano resin is better than that of Fuji II glass ionomer.
