摘  要:目的:利用高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间串联质(HPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)联用技术研究人参复方制剂降脂保肝颗粒中人参与山楂等药材共提前后皂苷类成分的变化。方法:采用ZORBAX SB-Aq色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相以乙腈-水梯度洗脱,负离子模式采集质谱数据,比较不同提取方法及配伍制备的共提液中皂苷类成分的变化趋势。结果:在pH小于3时,人参与山楂等不同配伍共提液中皂苷类成分水解,发生转化,稀有皂苷的含量明显增加。结论:在人参与山楂配伍提取过程中酸性对皂苷成分的影响较大,可为人参皂苷在酸性条件下更准确的应用提供理论基础。Objective To study the change of saponins before and after co - extraction of ginseng and hawthorn in ginseng compound preparation Jiangzhi Baogan Granules by high performance liquid chromatography - quadrnpole time - of - flight mass spectrometry (HPLC - Q - TOF - MS / MS). Methods Chromatographic separation was performed on a Zorbax SB - Aq column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) with a gradient elution of acetonitrile - water, and the mass spectrometry data were collected in the negative ion mode to compare the variation of saponins prepared in different extraction methods and compatibility. Results When the pH was less than 3, saponins in different compatibility of ginseng and hawthorn made a hydrolysis performance, along with the conversion, and the amount of rare saponins had increased significantly. Conclusion The effect of acidity on the saponin components in the process of co - extraction of Ginseng combined with Hawthorn and their compatibility is significant, which can provide a theoretical basis for the more accu- rate application of Ginsenosides in acidic conditions.
