病理检测胃癌与胃溃疡患者中幽门螺杆菌的结果及临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究病理检测胃癌与胃溃疡患者中幽门螺杆菌的结果及临床分析。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月在葫芦岛市中心医院就诊的100例经病理诊断为胃癌的患者,100例病理诊断为胃溃疡的患者,以及100例无症状者胃镜检验,应用免疫组化染色法,收集整理其幽门螺杆菌感染情况。结果胃癌组幽门螺杆菌感染率为78%,溃疡组幽门螺杆菌感染率为74%,对照组幽门螺杆菌感染率为43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早期感染HP的例数高于进展期(P<0.05),部位非贲门部HP的例数高于贲门部(P<0.05)。结论 HP感染与胃癌有着密切的关系,对于HP感染患者应当及时治疗。Objective To study the pathological link between gastric cancer and Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with. Methods From January 2014 to June 2015 in Huludao Center Hospital for 100 patients with pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer patients, 100 patients with pathological diagnosis of gastric ulcer and gastroscope examination of 100 cases of asymptomatic persons, collect the Helicobacter pylori infection. Results The rate of Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric cancer is 78%, ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection rate in Group 74%, helicobacter pylori infection rate of 43% in the control group, a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. HP higher than the number of cases of infection early advanced （P〈0.05）, HP is higher than the number of cases of non-Cardia Cardia（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a close relationship between HP infection and gastric cancer, for patients with HP infection should be treated.
