埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡大出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡大出血的临床效果。方法:我院2012年3月~2015年3月使用埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡大出血的患者,随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。两组常规治疗同时,观察组和对照组分别予埃索美拉唑或奥美拉唑40mg,2次/d,静脉滴注。结果:观察组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率76.7%。止血时间、输血、手术埃索美拉唑优于奥美拉唑,两组副反应无明显差异。结论:埃索美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡大出血疗效肯定,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinical benefit rate of Esomehrazole on peptic ulcer hemorrhea. Methods：In our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015,60 patients of peptic ulcer hemorrhea randomly divided into observation group （n=30） and the control group （n= 30）. Both groups given Esomehrazole or Omeprazole mainline 2 time/day, intravenous drip .Other treatment was the same.Results：The treatment effective rate for observation group was 93.3%, the control group was 76.7%.In addition, there was not found obvious side effects in two groups. Conclusion：The treatment of Esmnehrazol has satisfactory effect on peptic ulcer hemorrhea,it was safe and reliable, it was worthy of clinic application.
