一起黄牛急性瘤胃积食病例的诊治

摘　　要：瘤胃积食是由于采食大量难以消化的饲料,导致前胃兴奋性和收缩力减弱,瘤胃运动和消化机能发生障碍,内容物停滞和阻塞消化道。本病例通过临床症状、病因调查、现场诊治等方法,采取洗胃、针灸、补液、健胃、消炎、平衡酸碱、镇静、中草药等中西医结合综合治疗措施,使发病牛的病情得到迅速缓解,经治疗后病牛全部治愈。The impaction of rumen was caused by the ingestion of large amounts of rumen indigestion which is difficult to digest,resulting in gastric excitatory and contractility,rumen movement and digestive function disorders,contents of stagnation and obstruction of digestive tract.The comprehensive treatment combined with Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine like clinical symptoms,etiology investigation of the case,spot treatment to gastric lavage,acupuncture,rehydration,stomachic,antiinflammatory,sedative,acid-base balance were adopted to relieve the illness quickly.After treatment,the sick cattle were cured.
