摘 要:建立了反向毛细管电泳-激光诱导荧光法同时分析面粉中的荧光增白剂VBL和荧光增白剂FBA351的方法。探讨了电泳介质的种类、浓度、添加剂、pH值及分离电压等因素。在分离电压为-19.0 kV,激发波长为405 nm,发射波长为430 nm,缓冲液为90 mmol·L^(-1) Na_2B_4O_7-0.2mmol·L^(-1) CTAB-15%乙腈(pH=9.2)的条件下,可在7 min内实现两种荧光染料的分离检测。线性范围均为120.0~950.0 ng·mL^(-1),检出限分别为55.4和67.5 ng·mL^(-1),回收率分别为103.4%和97.3%。可用于面粉中两种荧光染料的分离检测。A method was established for the simultaneous separation and determination of fluorescent brightener VBL and fluorescent brightener FBA in flour by reversed capillary electrophoresis with laser induced fluorescence detection. The influence factors of the tape, concentration, additive and pH of buffer, the separation voltage on the separation and detection were researched and the best analysis conditions were obtained. In this study, fluorescent brightener VBL and fluorescent brightener FBA 351 were separated and detected within 7 min, in running medium of 90 mmol·L^-1 Na2B4O7-0.2 mmol·L^-1 CTAB-15% acetonitrile(pH= 9.2) at the separation voltage of-19.0 kV with the detection wavelength was set as 405/430 nm(λex/λem). Linearity ranges of both fluorescent brightener VBL and fluorescent brightener FBA 351 were found between 120.0 ~ 950.0 ng·mL^-1, the limit of detection(S/N = 3) of the fluorescent brightener were found to be 55.4 and 67.5 ng·mL^-1. The recoveries were 103.4% and 97.3%, respectively. The method could be used for the determination of the two fluorescent brightener in flour samples.
