摘　　要：当代社会需要"复合型"人才,本文以佳木斯大学的农业电气化专业为例进行了人才培养模式的探索,分析了现状和问题,确定了改革目标和改革内容,通过协同创新使得科研机构、高校和企业联系起来,促进"复合型"人才的创新意识和创新能力。In the contemporary society, compound talents is needed. This paper explores talent cultivation model based on agricultural electrification specialty of Jiamusi university. It analyzes the present situation and problems, and determines the reform goal and content. It contacts scientific research institutions, universities with enterprises by collaborative innovation and promotes innovation consciousness and innovation ability of the compound talents.
