摘  要:从某啤酒厂废水的活性污泥中分离纯化了一株微生物菌株Z-1,分析了该菌株的16S rDNA基因序列及形态特征,测定了该菌株的生长曲线、对抗生素的耐药性及该菌株的曝气池污水氮、磷含量.结果表明:该微生物为芽孢杆菌属细菌(Bacillus),生长较快,对抗生素的耐药性弱,对废水中N、P去除较多,为筛选活性污泥法处理啤酒废水的高效菌株奠定基础.A strain Z-1 was isolated and purified from the active sludge in brewery wastewater. 16 S rDNA gene sequence and the morphological characteristics of Z-1were analyzed. The growth curve,antibiotic resistance,N and P content in the aeration tank sewage from the strain were also examined. The results showed that this strain belong to Bacillus. It growed fast and was weakly resistant to antibiotic,with efficient removal of N and P in wastewater. The results may provide the basis for subsequent selection of highly efficient microorganism to treat brewery wastewater with activated sludge process.
