摘　　要：提高学生党员发展质量,是高校一项迫切而重要的任务。思想道德、人文、身心、职业等核心素质,决定着人们的核心竞争力。学生党员作为大学生群体中的先进分子,拥有优秀的核心素质就显得更为重要。因此,提高当前大学生党员发展质量的有效途径就是着力提升学生的核心素质。It is an urgent and important task for colleges and universities to improve the quality of student party members. Ideological and moral, cu ltural, physical and m ental, professional and other core qualities determine the core competitiveness of the people. As the advanced member of the college students, the student party members are more important. The r e fore, the effective way to improve the quality of college student party members is to enhance the core quality of s tud ents.
