摘　　要：马克思的现代性批判的核心是对资本主义生产方式的批判。资本批判并非否定资本,而是为其澄清前提,划清界限。因此马克思的资本主义批判也主要包括两方面:一方面,资本主义的文明作用乃是它为未来共产主义社会的实现创造了条件,创造了可能性;另一方面,马克思揭露了资本本身的四个限制(这四个限制是同资本主义的文明面不可分割的)。同时揭露了资本主义社会异化的全面性,以及这种异化的必然性与过渡性。马克思的资本主义批判对于正确看待现代性有重大意义,并且关乎人类社会的未来出路,因此不得不察。The essence of Marx’s Critique of Modernity is the critique of capitalist productive way. To criticize of the cap-ital is not to dismiss it, but to clarify its premise and draw a line of demarcation for capital. So that Marx’s critique of capi-talist productive way includes two aspects： on the one hand, the civilization of capitalism is that it has created conditions forthe realization of communism, for the other hand Marx uncovered the four limitations of capital （the four limitations can’ tseparate from the civilization of capitalist society）. Meanwhile he uncovered the total alienation, the inevitability and transi-tivity of capitalist society. Marx’s critique of modernity is very important to understand modernity and it is also important tohuman’s future way, so we must think highly of it.
