摘  要:有砟线路的养修作业中,同一区段短时期内可能先后存在捣固与打磨作业,称为复合作业,对于复合作业的先后顺序、评价方法研究的很少.结合杭深线捣固与打磨作业实践,对比单独作业(短期内只捣固作业或只打磨作业)与复合作业TQI改善率的差异,分析复合作业中捣固打磨的作业顺序对TQI改善率的影响,在此基础上提出以单位初始垂向不平顺改善系数为评价指标的复合作业质量评价方法,并提出杭深线各工况下作业质量的评价基准.In practical railway maintenance work,the tamping operation and grinding operation may be carried out successively in a section within a short time.This kind of operation is called the tamping and grinding compound operation,and there is few research in this area.In order to have deeper understanding of the compound operation,the comparison of TQI reduction rate of separate operation and that of compound operation is made based on the measured data of Hangzhou-Shenzhen high-speed railway.Whether the order of tamping and grinding has influence on TQI reduction rate is analyzed.Finally,a new evaluation index-reduction rate of unit initial vertical track irregularity is proposed and the evaluation standards of Hangzhou-Shenzhen high-speed railway in different operating conditions are formulated.
