帕金森抑郁患者同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白、TNF-α及IL-6变化的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨帕金森病伴抑郁患者血清同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白、TNF-α及IL-6的变化。方法随机选取2015年5月—2016年5月就诊于齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院帕金森患者70例,分为帕金森抑郁组及帕金森非抑郁组,ELISA对患者血清中同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白、TNF-α及IL-6检测。t检验对两组患者血清中4种指标进行比较。结果帕金森抑郁组同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白、TNF-α及IL-6水平分别为(24.18±4.87)umol/L、(5.22±1.53)mg/L、(421.84±90.51)pg/m L、(26.70±4.51)pg/m L,帕金森非抑郁组同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白、TNF-α及IL-6水平分别为(19.25±5.71)umol/L、(3.87±1.15)mg/L、(331.15±81.87)pg/m L、(19.16±5.83)pg/m L。帕金森抑郁组血清中4种指标均高于帕金森非抑郁组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕金森伴抑郁患者血清中C反应蛋白、TNF-α、IL-6及同型半胱氨酸水平均高于非抑郁患者。Objective To discuss the homocysteine, C reactive protein, TNF-α and IL-6 changes in patients with Parkinson depression. Methods Random selection 70 cases of patients with Parkinson disease treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into the Parkinson depression group and non-Parkinson depression group, and the serum homocysteine, C reactive protein, TNF-α and IL-6 of patients were tested by ELISA, and the four indexes in serum of the two groups were compared between the two groups by the T test. Results The homocysteine, C reactive protein, TNF-α and IL-6 levels were respectively（24.18±4.87）umol/L,（5.22±1.53）mg/L,（421.84±90.51）pg/mL,（26.70±4.51）pg/mL in the Parkinson depression group and（19.25±5.71）umol/L,（3.87±1.15）mg/L,（331.15±81.87）pg/mL,（19.16±5.83）pg/mL in the nonParkinson depression group, and the four indexes in serum in the Parkinson depression group were higher than those in the non-Parkinson depression group, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The homocysteine, C reactive protein in serum, TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the Parkinson depression group are higher than those in the non-Parkinson depression group.
