急性胰腺炎营养支持治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性胰腺炎营养支持治疗的临床疗效。方法方便选取2015年1月—2016年10月该院收治的75例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,全部患者均在一般治疗基础上行肠外营养支持治疗,疗程10 d。观察患者疗效、并发症及治疗前后体重、上臂肌围等营养指标的变化情况。结果 75例患者均得到有效救治,无死亡病例,治疗总有效率100%,平均住院时间(7.6±1.1)d。治疗后,患者血清白蛋白(39.6±3.4)g/L,明显高于治疗前(33.4±2.9)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性胰腺炎早期给予患者肠外营养支持有助于改善患者机体营养状况,对加速患者康复、缩短治疗时间、降低并发症等具有积极作用,值得推广使用。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of acute pancreatitis nutrition support. Methods 75 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the research objects and all patients were treated with parenteral nutrition support on the basis of the general treatment, and the treatment course was 10 d, and the curative effect, complication, weight and arm muscle circumference changes of patients were observed. Results 75 cases of patients were effectively cured and no death cases, and the total effective rate was 100%, and the average length of stay was（7.6±1.1） d, after treatment, the serum x-protein of patients was obviously higher than that before treatment[（39.6±3.4）g/L vs（33.4±2.9）g/L], and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The parenteral nutrition support for patients with acute pancreatitis in early period contributes to improving the organ nutrition condition of patients, which is of positive significance to speeding up the recovery of patients, shortening the treatment time and reducing complications, and it is worth promotion and application.
