百优解对肿瘤患者化疗疗效影响的分析

摘　　要：目的探究百优解对肿瘤患者化疗效果的影响。方法以该院2013年4月—2015年4月间收治的肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机选择其中的50例纳入该次研究,采用数字表法作为该次研究分组原则,共分为2组,各组均纳入25例患者。一组为对照组单纯进行化疗治疗,另一组为观察组在此基础上使用百优解。对比两组HAMD评分结果、诊疗依从率以及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者HAMD评分为(12.3±2.2)分、诊疗依从率为92.0%,生活质量评分为(86.1±5.6)分,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采取化疗治疗的肿瘤患者加用百优解可有效改善肿瘤患者的抑郁情绪,提高患者的诊疗依从率,促使患者积极配合医护人员的相关工作,改善患者的生活质量,有效提高临床疗效,故值得大力推广。Objective To study the effect of fluoxetine on the chemotherapy curative effect of tumor patients. Methods 50 cases of tumor patients treated from April 2013 to April 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the control group were treated with chemotherapy, while the observation group were treated with fluoxetine on the basis of the control group, and the HAMD score result, diagnosis and treatment compliance rate and quality of life score of the two groups were compared. Results The HAMD score result, diagnosis and treatment compliance rate and quality of life score were respectively（12.3±2.2）scores, 92.0% and（86.1±5.6）scores, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The fluoxetine and chemotherapy in treatment of tumor patients can effectively improve the depression mood, improve the diagnosis and treatment compliance rate, promote the patients to cooperate with the related work of medical staff, improve the quality of life and effectively improve the clinical curative effect, therefore, which is worth great promotion.
