摘　　要：在高校扩招、教育经费短缺的情况下,负债办学在一定程度上解决了高校发展所需资金,使我国高等教育顺利实现了跨越式发展,但它在给高等教育发展带来机遇的同时,也引发了一系列债务风险。在对高校负债办学现状及债务风险特点分析基础上,提出了债务风险的成因,最后根据成因提出了相应防范措施,以便有效规避高校债务风险,逐步消除债务风险对高校稳定发展的不利影响,使高等教育事业健康、可持续的发展。Throughout the modern hotel personal training, concepts, methods, systems and other aspects of the hotel training problems should be solved soon. With the success of theoretical support and enterprise culture as the training content, interactive short cycle “chicken blood” training mode for hotel personnel is a double-edged sword which has advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, hotels should use its strengths and combine with other ways of training content and establish a perfect hotel training system and reasonable incentive and appraisal system on the basis of defining the “chicken blood” training objectives to improve the comprehensive quality of employees and improve the competitiveness of the hotel.
