摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,美国联邦政府采取了一系列改革措施,放宽其对公立高校债券的限制,旨在推动美国公立高校债券市场化发展。在达到促进高校更加自由地独立面向社会筹集资金效果的同时,高校债券的市场化也带来了盲目过量发行的问题。从改革措施、现状及趋势、问题与对策3方面入手,来深入解析美国公立高校债券的市场化发展。Since 1990s, the U.S. federal government has taken a series of reform measures to relax its restrictions on public university bonds, designed to promote the development of it.
